Today on the podcast I'm joined by my buddy Jake Hofer. Jake is a man of many talent, from land sales, to owner of Exodus, too regularly tagging mature bucks. There’s a consistent theme with Jake success…hard work, preparation, and attention to detail. Oh…and he likes scrapes…a lot! So much so that Exodus has for the past few years designated this week as Scrape Week! Hope you dig the episode and thanks for listening!

Today on the podcast I'm joined by my buddy Troy Pottenger. I'm sure many of you are aware of Troy and his ability to chase down the oldest and biggest mountain bucks. The incredible part of his success is he's doing it in Idaho, a place not known for whitetails, and is competing against North America's apex predators for the same deer. Community scrapes, along with bedding, is a go-to-strategy he uses. But a community scrape isn't always in a place that's huntable based on access or wind. So Troy has created an approach to building not just mock scrapes, but mock community scrapes....and well...the results speak for themself. Hope you dig the episode and thanks for listening!

Today on the podcast I'm joined by my good buddy Ryan Glitzky. Ryan is a great public land hunter from western Pennsylvania. Ryan and I had a chance to scout a piece of big woods together previously and swap our learnings. Ryan is a mobile hunter, but also one of the most patient hunters I know...and he has the mounts to show for it. You'd also be hard pressed to find a person more passionate about chasing public land whitetails. I hope you all dig the conversation as much as I did. Thanks for listening!

Today on the podcast I'm joined by my good buddy Tony Peterson. One of my favorite things about Tony is his willingness to explore any topic...and his interest in learning. It's ultimately probably what makes him such a good bowhunter. Today we talk about the best way to become a better bowhunter...and fill more tags...and kill better bucks. You know, if you're into that kind of thing? As always, thanks for listening!

Today on the podcast I'm joined by accomplished DIY bowhunter and outdoor writer Eddie Claypool. Eddie is probably the most successful DIY Bowhunter I've ever spoke with. His DIY public land experiences began in 1980 and continue today. The kicker with Eddie, is all the success he's had is available to anyone who is willing to put in the work...there's no magic or secret sauce. Just passion and a willingness to get uncomfortable, physically and mentally. Hope you dig the episode…and thanks for listening!

Today on the podcast I'm joined by Matt Morett and Dave Mitchell from the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Lot's has changed the past few years in Pennsylvania in an effort to both make the hunting better and provide more opportunities for hunters to be in the field. Game management governing bodies often take more flack than they should, regardless of the state. At the end of the day, the folks charged with the daunting task of managing something as fluid as wildlife and habitat are hunters at their core. And there goal is to leave it better than they found it. Today's guests are two fellas who I feel are equal to that task.
