What's happening folks. Today I'm joined by Jessie Greger of Next Mile Meals - she recently hiked from Mexico to Canada on a Keto diet. One of my most challenging aspects of planning an adventure hunt or backcountry hunt is how and what I'm going to eat particularly since I follow a Keto approach to my diet. I prefer to eat healthy and like to maintain this while on my hunts - I'm able to maintain my energy for the long term. That said, my body just performs better when I'm feeding it good food. Next Mile Meals has a Keto backcountry solution. Regardless if you follow a Keto diet or not, you may want healthier and tastier options on your next adventure - tune in and enjoy!
